We proudly stock Bitaxe mining devices and other Bitcoin-focused tools sourced from reliable providers such as SoloSatoshi in the U.S. However, some components may originate from manufacturers in China and Taiwan. While we vet our suppliers, we cannot guarantee the quality of third-party parts.
6. Returns & Warranty

Faulty Products: We offer a 7-day return policy for faulty items.

No Returns on Mishandled Equipment: Devices damaged by improper setup or use are not eligible for return.

Bitaxe Returns: Follow the SoloSatoshi return policy. Contact us first before returning any items.
7. Shipping & Insurance
We ship via Australia Post. Tracking and basic insurance are included. Optional extra insurance is available on request and is encouraged for high-value equipment.

BTCCLUB memberships operate on a Value 4 Value model:
